Born in 1974, he took piano lessons in secondary school. At 14, he joined The Shasdow (which sounds like "le toilet flush" to french ears) where he played Yamaha PSS 270 in bold covers (The Cure, Eric Serra…). Later on, The Shasdow became Globule Bleu and turned into a progressive rock band, before changing to Moon in June and delighting thousands of joint smokers throughout northern France and Belgium.
